- All our rates are based on the standard check-in and check-out time of hotels and any early check-in or late check-out will be purely subject to availability and at the hotels discretion. (Normal Hotel check-in time: 1400 hrs. onwards. & check-out time 1200 Noon.



- Kindly note that names of hotels mentioned in the package only indicate that our rates have been based on usage of these hotels and it does not mean that accommodation is confirmed at these hotels until and unless we convey such confirmation to you.



- In the event of accommodation not becoming available at any of the above-mentioned hotels we shall book alternate accommodation at a similar hotel.



- Our rates are based on the base category of rooms in all the mentioned hotels (unless specified otherwise)



- During check-in at the hotels, guests are required to submit their Credit Card details at the reception for incidentals (This is standard hotel policy)



- Non-AC rooms will be provided and all the sightseeing will be done in Non-AC vehicles in the hilly areas.



- Vehicle will remain available as per the itinerary only and in case of extra running supplement cost will be applicable.



- Tours and excursions are subject to weather conditions.



- There will be an additional cost for an entire transfe rbetween 23:00 hrs.-07:00hrs. (unless specified in the package)
